Gary Pohrer

Gary’s distinction comes from the way he shows up for clients and for Palm Beach. A resident of the island for more than 20 years, he knows its streets, its people, and the relationships that shape each opportunity. His perspective has been built through civic leadership, long standing community connections, and private transactions often negotiated before a property reaches the broader market. As a former competitive golfer, Gary brings steady composure, focus, and strategic discipline to every client relationship. He is a founding donor of The Park West Palm and serves on the board of Friends of Recreation at the Morton & Barbara Mandel Recreation Center. Together with his wife, Kelly, he supports nonprofits throughout Palm Beach County that serve children and families. Clients may see Gary jogging through the neighborhood, walking his dogs, Posey and Potter, or riding to dinner by golf cart with his family. He lives the Palm Beach lifestyle he represents and helps clients feel at home from the moment they arrive.
